What happened?

"At airport phone shops, they sell SIM cards under the name 'Tourist Welcome Pack' at exorbitant prices (around 40-50 Dollars). Wait until you get to the city and buy them from official stores in the city center, or set up an e-SIM (Airalo/Maya) before arriving. It costs half the price."
