We stumbled upon this place on our way back from the airport, and it was an incredible discovery. If you want to taste authentic Sivas Etli Ekmek (traditional crispy thin flatbread with minced meat) and Sivas Meatballs in Istanbul, look no further! Everything is baked to perfection in a real stone oven using incredibly fresh ingredients.
