Located in the Iscehisar district of Afyonkarahisar, Kirkinler Kayasi (Kirkinler Rock) is a monumental Phrygian rock-set settlement that was later transformed into a Byzantine monastery complex. Carved entirely into a massive volcanic tuff rock, this ancient site features multi-story rock-cut churches, chapels, tombs, and living quarters that showcase centuries of sacred history
