We stumbled upon this place on our way back from the airport, and it was an incredible discovery. If you want to taste authentic Sivas Etli Ekmek (traditional crispy thin flatbread with minced meat) and Sivas Meatballs in Istanbul, look no further! Everything is baked to perfection in a real stone oven using incredibly fresh ingredients. The restaurant is spotless, and the hospitality is outstanding; the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious, high-quality food and a cozy atmosphere near the airport!

We came across this restaurant by chance while leaving the airport, and we are so glad we stopped. We really enjoyed the food—it was delicious, fresh, and carefully prepared.
